Travel restrictions for tourists and non-essential travellers
As the COVID-19 cases continue to drop in the city, the city government has already opened its borders to tourists and non-essential travelers. Baguio City is now accepting leisure from fully vaccinated individuals. This will not require them anymore to have an RT-PCR test, but they should present their vaccination card upon entering the border of the city. While for ages 12 to 17, they are required to have an antigen test, regardless if they are unvaccinated or have received one dose. And for aged 11 and below, they need to undergo the RT-PCR test with the consent of the accompanying guardian.
However, for those who are from areas with ECQ, MECQ, and Alert 4 and 5 status are not allowed to enter the city.
All tourists and non-essential travelers must have to register via a travel registration platform called VISITA, Visitor Information and Travel Assistance application, on visita.baguio.gov.ph at least one day before the trip, which will be presented upon entering the border. A QR code will be given upon registering on-site. Only two thousand individual registrations are allowed per day; hence, this is a first-come, first-served basis, so it is best to register early, most especially now that there is an influx of people to travel to Baguio.
They are also required to undergo triage for health screening and verification of documents. For those who are symptomatic, they are required to isolate themselves regardless of the test result.
After undergoing this process, they can freely travel around Baguio and visit the places and people they have desired to see for the longest time. This is a great opportunity for them to roam around the city and see its beauty. This is also the best time to look for pre-selling condo units and ready for occupancy condo in Baguio, especially for those from that metro that are planning to invest for their home in the Baguio City.

Minimum health standards
As the city tries to reopen its economy, monitoring strict compliance to minimum public health standards, such as the proper wearing of mask and face shield, social distancing, and frequent hand sanitizing, should be done as part of safety measures. This is also to manage the cases and keep everyone safe as the city keeps its economy afloat. So when going to public places, such as Burnham Park, Mines View, Session Road, etc., always bring face masks, face shield, and sanitizers. This is also be done when visiting ready for occupancy condos or pre-selling condos, as establishments are also required to do the safety protocols.
Observe city laws
Baguio City is known for its strict laws; thus, avoid littering around the place. Be a responsible tourist or visitor in the city. Always maintain cleanliness and be accountable with own trash. Also, avoid smoking, most especially in public areas. There are consequences and penalties for these kinds of violations.
Visiting Baguio becomes more efficient as more number of bus companies are also reopening their trips in and out of Baguio City.
